What is the Customer Report Card?

Loyalty Builders’ free Customer Report Card is a snapshot analysis of your customers and products from the perspective of discovering marketing opportunities in the coming months. We perform a Loyalty Analysis of all of your customers and segment them into deciles. From this analysis we are able to report how revenue is divided among new and existing customers, compare how new customer growth matches up against customers becoming inactive, and look at the buying patterns of your existing customers.

We examine your product set and report the number of customers with up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by product for each of your top selling products. From this information we are able to estimate revenue and response rates for marketing campaigns to sell these products. Next, we perform a risk analysis of your customer set and report, by decile, how much revenue is at risk from loss of customers by defection. Besides these tables and dashboard, there is a set of charts and behavior maps to give you a graphical picture of customer behavior.

Finally, one of our analysts writes a short summary of what we’ve found, with some high level recommendations for marketing campaigns based on this new information.

How to get the Customer Report Card:

Step One: Create an account

• Click here to go to the account creation page.
• Fill in your information and press “Accept”.
• You will receive a pop up confirmation message.

Step Two: Upload your data

• Follow the instructions found in the "Thank You for your Customer Report Card Registration" email.
• Click here for information on what files and formats should be uploaded. Transaction and Products files are required. Customer files are NOT required. 
• We encourage you to upload as much transaction data as you can.  The more you upload, the more accurate the predictions.
• Please know that your data will be kept private.

Step Three: We will analyze the transaction data that you upload and email you the report card

• First, we will analyze your transaction data using powerful mathematical marketing techniques. Your report card will be ready within 5 business days of receipt of acceptable data. 
• Once the report card is ready we will email it to you.
• We'll be happy to review the report card with you. We’ll be in touch with you or feel free to set up an appointment.

Step Four: Explore Longbow as much as you want at no cost

• Since your data is already uploaded, we can set up a web conference to show you how access Longbow and analyze your customer base, segment it, develop campaigns, and view a full range of detailed reports about your customers at no cost.  Contact Elayne Dudley or call 603-610-8814. 

Step Five: Download Longbow data (optional)

• When you are ready, you can create direct marketing lists and download them for $.10 per downloaded record. Paid support plans and free software support are also available to help you get the most from Longbow or you can begin with a Pilot Program.
